Nurse Angela Neveu
Practice Nurse (RN DIV1)
Angela trained to be a Registered Nurse in The Netherlands over 24 Years ago and obtained her Bachelor degree in Nursing in Melbourne. She loves her profession, is caring and compassionate. Over the years she has gained a wealth of experience in Hospitals across Melbourne, amongst them working as a Neurosurgical nurse in the Alfred Hospital and the Jesse McPherson Hospital.
In 2017 she made the move to General Practice and hasn’t looked back. She loves getting to know the variety of patients visiting the clinic. Her special interest is children’s health and she has hence got her Immunisation qualification.
She has gained experience in wound care by working with a wound consultant for 3 years at Ashwood Medical Group.
Angelia assists the doctors with the following:
* immunisations and wounds
* minor procedures
* care planning
* health assessments
* iron infusions
* ECGs
* spirometry (lung function tests)
Outside of work she enjoys a healthy lifestyle and raising her three teenage daughters.
