Emergency bookings

If an ambulance is not required and we have no available app, please call reception so we can do our best to organise an appointment for you.

Zest Medical is open Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm & Saturday 9am – 12pm

After hours appointments

After hour appointments are dependent on the doctor and their availability. To enquire or arrange a booking please call our friendly reception team to discuss.

Home visits

Home visits are at the discretion of individual treating doctors. Please enquire with reception about whether your doctor can provide this service.

Test results / follow up

It is a policy of Zest Medical that patients are responsible for attending for their test results. Please do not assume that “no news is good news”.

You can request a telehealth appointment or receive an SMS if your results are normal.

Abnormal results require an appointment.

Please note that from October 1st Telehealth consultations may incur a fee.

Cancellation policy

we require 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled within this time frame will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee (please be aware that no medicare rebate is available for this)

Updating personal details

Please ensure we have your most up to date contact details on record in case we need to contact you regarding your health. You can update your details by dropping into our clinic or by calling our reception team.

Access to your medical records

Patients are entitled to their own medical records however please allow reasonable administration time for this. An administration fee of $20 will be charged.
