Angela trained to be a Registered Nurse in The Netherlands over 24 Years ago and obtained her Bachelor degree in Nursing in Melbourne.  She loves her profession, is caring and compassionate.  Over the years she has gained a wealth of experience in Hospitals across Melbourne, amongst them working as a Neurosurgical nurse in the Alfred Hospital and the Jesse McPherson Hospital.

In 2017 she made the move to General Practice and hasn’t looked back.  She loves getting to know the variety of patients visiting the clinic.  Her special interest is children’s health and she has hence got her Immunisation qualification.

She has gained experience in wound care by working with a wound consultant for 3 years at Ashwood Medical Group.

Angelia assists the doctors with the following:

* immunisations and wounds
* minor procedures
* care planning
* health assessments
* iron infusions
* ECGs
* spirometry (lung function tests)

Outside of work she enjoys a healthy lifestyle and raising her three teenage daughters.

Janita is part of our nursing team at Zest Medical. She is a registered nurse with over 20+ years of clinical experience in major teaching hospitals in Melbourne and is available for bookings in all aspects of general practice nursing.

Janita is also trained in the safe delivery of cosmetic treatments.

She is known for an authentic approach to beauty working with her clients fo enhance or restore their natural beauty at any age.

Helen is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and registered counsellor with over 25
years of experience.  She specialises in working with children and adolescents with eating
disorders (including Anorexia Nervosa; Bulimia Nervosa; Binge Eating Disorder;
Avoidant Restrictive Eating Disorders (ARFID) & Atypical Anorexia Nervosa (ANN);
disordered eating, and body image issues.
She is extremely passionate about working with parents and providing counselling to
assist them in working through and helping navigate the complexities of living with a
young person with an eating disorder.
She has recently worked with young people and their families in the Paediatric Mental
Health unit at the Austin Hospital, Eating Disorders Victoria and have worked
privately for many years counselling adolescents, adults, and families with eating
disorders. She uses a range of treatment modalities that include- FBT (Family-based
therapy); AFT (adolescent-focused therapy); schema therapy; emotion-focused
therapy and motivational counselling.
She has previously worked at Latrobe University in various roles, which include
coordinating the undergraduate nutrition course; teaching and tutoring in the
nutrition and dietetics program as well have taught both primary and secondary
school students.
